We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or unlawful use of our products. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

2. Products and Digital Delivery

All products sold on this website are digital software license keys. Upon successful payment, your product key and installation instructions are delivered to your email address, normally within a few minutes. We do not ship physical products. If you have not received your key within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact our 24/7 support.

3. Licenses and “Lifetime” Terminology

- Perpetual licenses (e.g. Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office): “lifetime” means the license does not expire and is valid for the lifetime of the product on the device on which it is activated, in accordance with the software vendor’s own license terms. It does not mean lifetime technical support from the vendor.
- Subscription licenses (e.g. Kaspersky and certain Adobe products): these are valid for the subscription period stated on the product page (for example 1 year) and are clearly labelled as such.
- Each license is subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the respective software vendor.

4. Activation Guarantee and Warranty

We guarantee that every key we sell is genuine and can be activated through the official vendor activation servers. If a key fails to activate and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Trademarks

Microsoft, Windows and Office are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Kaspersky is a trademark of AO Kaspersky Lab. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used on this website for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Software Key LTD, our directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@prosoftwarekey.com — we aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
