Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot issue refunds for product keys that have already been successfully activated and used.
  • Purchases made by mistake (e.g., buying a Mac software key for a Windows PC) where the key has already been revealed/delivered are generally non-refundable, but please contact support so we can try to assist you.
